The Care New England Wellness Center was formed through a collaboration of the Care New England health system, Healthtrax Fitness, and Concentra Inc. The center located in Warwick, Rhode Island, combines hospital expertise, with personalized guidance, which are the foundation for our wellness programs and clinical services.

Our programs and clinical services are based on a model of medical integration with a team approach, incorporating nutrition counseling, fitness, health education and stress management. As a complement to conventional medical treatment, we also offer integrative therapies.
